These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ningbosc.com (the "Site") and purchases from Ningbosc. The Site is operated by Ningbo Shangcun Electronic Co., Ltd. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

1. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete order and contact information and to protect any account credentials associated with the Site.

2. Products and Medical Information

We sell consumer home healthcare and maternal-care products. Product information on the Site is provided for general purchasing and product-use information and is not medical advice.

Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, emergency care, or treatment. Always follow the instructions supplied with the specific product and consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding symptoms, abnormal measurements, pregnancy, treatment decisions, or emergencies.

Product features, intended use, accessories, and regulatory status may vary by model and market. Only representations specifically applicable to the purchased model should be relied upon.

3. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability. Colors and appearance may vary by screen, and manufacturers may update specifications or packaging. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may verify payment or address information and may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, unsupported delivery destinations, payment problems, or other legitimate reasons.

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout when available. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and their terms may also apply. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only to supported addresses within the United States. Processing times, estimated delivery times, tracking, delays, address changes, damaged shipments, and lost-package procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier or external events.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Order cancellations, returns, exchanges, refund eligibility, hygiene-sensitive products, return shipping, and processing timeframes are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Warranty and Product Support

Any product-specific warranty applies only when stated for that product and is subject to its written terms. Warranty coverage generally does not extend to misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, improper storage, failure to follow instructions, or normal wear unless applicable law provides otherwise.

For support, provide your order number, model information, and a clear description of the issue. We may request photos or video reasonably necessary to investigate.

You may not use the Site to violate law, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with Site security or operation, scrape or access the Site through unauthorized automated means, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse content or services.

You may use the Site only for personal, lawful shopping purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.

The Site relies on third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, analytics services, advertising services, and delivery carriers. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, outages, or terms, although we remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Product rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ningbosc and its officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their place of residence. Disputes should first be submitted to us so the parties can attempt a good-faith resolution before using available legal procedures.

15. Severability and Waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, services, operations, or legal requirements. The revised version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
