Rest before measuring, position the arm correctly, and remain quiet and still until the cuff releases.
Insert and Position
Insert the upper arm into the arm tube and place the elbow at the marked elbow position. Remove thick clothing and do not roll up a tight sleeve.
Sit at Heart Level
Sit upright with your back supported, feet flat, and arm relaxed. Adjust chair height so the inserted upper arm is approximately level with the heart.
Press Start and Stay Still
Press Start/Stop, remain silent, and avoid movement. The cuff inflates, measures, displays the result, and automatically releases.
Rest for at least 10 minutes before measuring. If discomfort or an emergency
occurs, press Start/Stop or the dedicated red emergency stop button to release
cuff pressure. Allow a sufficient break before repeating a measurement.
